If your payment is declined:

  • Ensure sufficient funds available
  • Verify billing address matches
  • Contact bank to authorize

  • Credit/Debit Cards Instant - 2 days
  • Bank Transfer 1-3 business days
  • Mobile Money Usually instant
  • Digital Wallets Instant

Refunds & Returns

How refunds work:
